Blogger's Quilt Festival

Today is The Blogger's Quilt Festival over at Amy's Creative Side.  Quilter/bloggers are linking up their quilts today and you can wander around the blogesphere looking at quilts.
You should check some out.

I am adding Jenele's Love Quilt. I know some of you have seen it before but when I wandered around looking for a quilt to share with others, this one was a clear winner.


Her piecing is impecable.


Jenele was inspired by Tonya Ricucci's quilt, Rumspringa. Her blog is Lazy Gal Quilting. The link to the inspiration quilt is here.
Jenele didnt have a pattern to work with so she just winged it. Three cheers for winging it Jenele!


Me, I like to assemble the backing as quick a possible. Not Jenele, her backs are just as nice as the front.

I am sharing my Ghastlies quilt over on my blog. I will be wandering about the other linked up blogs tomorrow and maybe adding a few new blogs to my favorites.

    I really like Jenele's quilt. The backing adds so much to it. I'm beginning to collect solids as I use all my other fabrics. Loving how solids play so well together and her letters are such a good example!!! A very liberated quilter!
